Fabio Pracchia


After graduating in Modern Literature, Fabio is one of the main authors of Slow Wine - the wine guide published by Slow Food Editor. For about fifteen years he has been involved in wine and culture, trying to weave the alcoholic nature of the work with a narrative one. Before that he worked for several years at a vineyard in the cellar. Last year he published as author his first book I Sapori del Vino.

He teaches wine tasting as a contract professor for the Philosophy of Food and Wine MA at the Vita & Salute University of Milan.
