Journalist, writer, food curator and cultural activist, Petrini lives in France. When he is not road managing the avant-garde chef posse GELINAZA!, directing the European Food Summit in Ljubljana, curating the Table Co-Lab at the Silencio Club in Paris or attending the opening night of the COOKBOOK exhibition in Seoul or Los Angeles with art theorist Nicolas Bourriaud, he sits as the Chair of the World Restaurant Awards judging panel.
