The most recognised Polish chef, owner of Atelier Amaro, a restaurant that won first ever Michelin star n Poland in 2013. His cooking philosophy „nature meets science” is based on nature's calendar created by Amaro in search for precise seasonality of products. The calendar is divided in 52 weeks and represents each of natural environment : sea / river / lake / farm / forest / field / meadow and mountain. Amaro is a recipient of many prestigious awards including Diploma of Honor „de l'Art de la Cuisine” in 2016. Author of two cookbooks, „Polish Cuisine of XXI Century” and „Nature of Polish Cuisine”. Head judge in TV show Top Chef.
