Welcome to Warsaw!

Uniting some of Poland's most acclaimed chefs with international chefs from 10 different countries, Terroir Warsaw was an amazing three day deep-dive into Polish food culture, history and future innovations made possible by our friends at Nespresso.

But first, coffee...

As part of a shared commitment to promoting Polish gastronomy we kicked off our chef's welcome to Poland (many who had come from as far as Canada, Australia and the USA) with a Nespresso Breakfast in the heart of Warsaw's urban Grzybowski Square. Here, guests were welcomed to Nespresso's own notion of terroir as brand ambassador, Anna Olesak, introduced international guests to the Polish capital with coffees sourced from some of the world's best producers.

The coffee experience from bean to cup...

Nespresso has worked hard investing in advanced coffee processing and sustainable practices to offer a superior product: hand-picked coffee at the peak of ripeness. The journey from the coffee cherry to the cup was something we enjoyed first hand at our Terroir Warsaw Collaborative Dinner as our final course was came paired with a beautiful brew of Nespresso's premium grade coffee.

The brand's search for the highest quality coffee has seen them establish a sustainable coffee economy through innovative programs and partnerships. Together with the Rainforest Alliance, the company created a program which works directly with farmers to support sustainable coffee farming practices that increase the quality, productivity and longevity of their coffee farms, as well as protecting the environment.

With this in our heads, and Nespresso coffee in our cups we thankful to everyone who joined us at Terroir Warsaw!
