Food journalist, editor and researcher

Food journalist, editor and researcher based in Warsaw. A curious mind, hungry writer, trend hunter, restless seeker of honest food. In the past she co-founded the Underground Restaurant in Warsaw, co-created couple of projects in Poland and abroad with her culinary art group MASH/HER/DIP, but her heart always belonged to storytelling. She was an editor and then vice editor-in-chief of Kuchnia magazine. Her print work includes travel and food history features, interviews with world-renowned chefs, recipe developing, covering events, foreign and domestic. Seeking new stimulus and flexibility she turned to freelancing and now writes and edits for various outlets, including Usta magazine. Her newest project is Mlask, an online platform focusing on gastronomy culture and chefs.
