Justyna is a long-time member of the board of Slow Food, Warsaw; the co-organizer and participant of the Polish edition of Cook It Raw; author of articles and publications in ELLE magazine, Newsweek and many major national newspapers and an avid taste hunter - visiting hundreds of the world’s top restaurants every year. 

Gault&Millau Yellow Guide is one of the two strongest brands on the international culinary guides’ market. The guide is currently present in 25 countries and is entering broadly new markets.
