I was born 1984 in Freiburg im Breisgau.

I've been in the gastro for 15 years and have spent 8 years in Berlin as a Sommelier.

I worked 2.5 years in the Brandenburger Hof, from March 2009 until August 2011. Then I spent 6 months in New Zealand for winemaking and as a barista.

From October 2012 until December 2013, I was the Sommelier in the Les Solistes by Piere Gagnaire in the Waldorf Astoria in Berlin.

From January 2014 until August 2016, I was the Sommelier in the Rutz.

In September 2017, I joined the team of Ernst.
