Creative Head Chef of Mazel Tov Restaurant
After ending his professional sports career in rowing he completed his Bachelors degree in Faculty of Restaurant Management at The Budapest Business School.
He was the manager of three big countryside restaurants in Southern Hungary, including a 4 star hotel.
Next that he was involved in starting a restaurant startup, then moved to Switzerland and France to become a chef. In 2016 he relocated to Budapest and ever since he works exclusively for Mazel Tov. His passion is Middle-Eastern cuisine, he enjoys cooking and developing utterly unique and new dishes.
