Adam is the former head sommelier at a Michelin starred country-house hotel in Lancashire, England. After returning to his native Poland he became the Group Head Sommelier at Ed Red restaurants and is now an independent wine consultant as well as tutor and examiner at the Court of Master Sommeliers. Alongside this work, Adam is also a Certified Educator at the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and co-author of Goscinnosc - a practical guide to wine for the hospitality industry.
